PRESENTATION
Contemporary International Relations have been characterized by important events and processes that have increasingly affected power relations both on the international scene and in the domestic life of States. The growing level of internationalization of societies and national economies, the transcendence of regional integration processes, the liberalization of consumer markets, among other important processes, attract increasing attention both among academics and scholars, as well as public and private companies, non-governmental organizations , since their strategies are more dependent on such processes. Thus, it is clear that understanding contemporary international dynamics means understanding the factors that act as constraints on economic, political and social life in Angola.
COURSE OBJECTIVES
The International Relations Course aims to train professionals able to act in a globalized world where the approximation and relationship of peoples is increasingly present, endowed with the necessary knowledge to interact efficiently in the public or private spheres with the capacity to analyze and understand international conjectures , preparing and designing scenarios, negotiating and reconciling interests.

The Bachelor's Degree in International Relations aims to train qualified professionals to work in the various areas of the labor market in which knowledge of this subject is increasingly important for the development of a wide range of professional activities. The Graduate in International Relations will be able to work in international institutions, private companies, communication companies (press), government agencies, non-governmental organizations, consulting companies and national and international financial institutions that, day by day, increase their demand for professionals capable of analyzing economic, political and legal relations between provinces. Likewise, the supply of advisory work on international issues to ministries, political parties, provincial and local governments, trade unions and other entities has grown. In addition, the course offers an excellent qualification for candidates for the public tender for admission to the diplomatic career, which is considered extremely competitive.

The new market reality requires an international relations professional able to work in the business sector. You need to have a technical and legal understanding of international business management in areas such as strategic planning, marketing and finance, acting as a business diplomat. Your main skill must be to efficiently capture and analyze international information, and for that it is essential that you master at least two other languages in written and oral form.
